Join us for an exploration of some enticing, meatless dishes from Mexico. Working with a small team, you’ll make a fresh salad; a stuffed chile; an enchilada-like dish with a tomato sauce; a savory, creamy corn pudding; and a classic dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.
