Description
Expand your repertoire with these tasty salads that are both good and good for you. Filled with fresh fruit and vegetables, proteins, and just enough spice, these dishes can be enjoyed as a first course, a delightful lunch, or a light dinner. Working with a small team, you’ll pick up tips from our instructors that will make meal prep a breeze; perfect your knife skills; and fall in love with the bright taste of citrus all over again. At the end of class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
