On October 2, 2010, Heather Cunningham and Dustin Maddux tied the knot at Arlington Hall at Lee Park. The bride, Heather, is extremely creative and had a distinct design scheme for her wedding. The ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous with great attention to detail… her vintage, lace and chandelier visions made her wedding just a dream! We could not have asked for a more perfect weather day in Dallas, and I would venture to say nor a more perfect wedding for our bride and groom! Enjoy pictures courtesy of Edmonson Weddings!
We begin with her bridal portraits, as again, Heather thought through the look and theme for her wedding… then, with Edmonson photography they created the amazing portraits! At the Hotel St. Germain…
And now for the wedding day, we will start with our handsome groom getting ready for the ceremony to begin…The ceremony was held at the Pavilion at Arlington Hall at Lee Park… guests were seated in the round and the bridal party was positioned under the dome…
2 of the cutest flower girls you will ever see… Yes, that is Heather’s little puppy, Tessie!
The wedding vows…
Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Dustin Maddux!! (And Tessie, of course!)
Following the ceremony, guests were invited to Arlington Hall where they were greeted with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres until the wedding party finished all the pictures… once the bride and groom were introduced into the party, Limelight Band’s horn section led a parade from the front of the house to the back, where guests were greeted with buffets and tables…. the floral was BEAUTIFUL, thanks to Rusty Glenn!A PERFECT evening for an outdoor wedding!
Following dinner, guests were then invited into Arlington Hall where Limelight was on stage, lounge furniture was arranged around the dance floor and the party portion would begin… Heather and Dustin sharing their first dance….
The amazing wedding cake that resembled Heather’s wedding dress… Frosted Art did a beautiful job!
Toasting to the happy newlyweds!
Once the cake was cut, the Lee Terrace was transformed into a “Man Cave”… Justin Cash played guitar and cigars were displayed! Obviously, not only the men enjoyed the cave!!
Limelight did a fabulous job keeping the dance floor full all night – they even had guest performers for Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance”…
Once the party drew to a close, Heather and Dustin departed in a vintage Rolls Royce….
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Dustin Maddux! Thank you so much for allowing us to be part of your special day – it was such a joy! We wish you all the best!!
