The Children’s Cancer Fund Gala celebrates 36 years of stories of survival and strength on April 17, 2026, at the Hilton Anatole Dallas. This year’s theme, “Unbridled Courage,” honors the fearless spirit of children and families who face cancer with unwavering determination.
The evening will feature a silent auction and VIP reception, followed by dinner, a fashion show featuring young cancer patients alongside celebrity runway escorts, and an inspiring program. Gala Co-Chairs Bina Palnitkar and Kasey Lemkin, alongside Honorary Co-Chairs Troy Aikman and Dak Prescott, will lead an unforgettable night benefiting pediatric cancer research and treatment programs at Children’s Health and UT Southwestern.
Last year’s gala raised a record-breaking $3 million for the true heroes — the brave children and families who embody unbridled courage everyday. Their fight fuels our mission, and their smiles light the path forward.
