The Social Book

Last Spring we were honored when Scott Evens, Publisher and Editor of The Social Book, contacted us to help plan and coordinate the Second Anniversary Edition of The Social Book Dallas Party held at Arlington Hall at Lee Park on May 14, 2009. The Social Book, which began in Houston, is the resource guide for charitable and non-profit organizations, as well as planners of social events throughout the city. The Social Book is an elegantly crafted, leather bound book containing an event calendar for non-profit events being held each month, as well as a directory for all of the clients, vendors and sponsors of the book. The Social Book was such a huge success in the Houston area, that they decided to launch a Dallas version. The party was so much fun and we had a great turn out thanks to all of the vendors in the local event industry who were excited to see The Social Book come to Dallas!
Thanks to a slew of creative designers (all listed below), Arlington Hall was magically transformed from classic and traditional to chic and modern!

Arlington Hall entrance foyer…Keith Laverty Floral and Event Design did a fantastic job with the flowers!
A VIP Reception was held at Arlington Hall’s Allman Pavilion prior to the start of the party….The front patio of Arlington Hall was tented and turned into “The Man Cave” complete with a life sized bear head created by Nelson Robinson of DFW Events…
The Man Cave was a very popular spot during the party!
Lite Dallas made Arlington Hall glow!
