Megan wore her mother’s wedding gown, which she had re-worked.

Guests were given silver bells to ring upon the kiss of the bride and groom….how cute is that?!

The story behind Billy’s groom’s cake according to Megan…
“Billy’s groom’s cake was a replica of his fantasy football trophy. He has been in this league (“Living the Dream”) for 5 years and has won the league the past 4 years. When you win, you get your name engraved on the trophy and get to keep the trophy the following year. Well, this has been a point of contention in our relationship because he is SO proud of this trophy and wants it on display in our living room. Since I do not get the whole fantasy thing and how much guys geek out over it, I was like, “um, I think it would look awesome in the garage or attic.” That response didn’t go over well! Anyway, Billy didn’t know what we were doing for the groom’s cake and he assumed it would be something UT – so, he was totally shocked when it was the trophy!! It was pretty priceless! All of his buddies who are in the league really appreciated it too! They told us it was the best groom’s cake they have seen – we agreed, but we’re a little biased!”
Megan’s father is the President of Carl’s Jr. so it was only fitting that the Carl’s Jr. truck showed up for late night snacks!
